From schematic to tested board, on guaranteed dates
We design high-reliability electronic boards for mission-critical systems in industry, defence and harsh environments, from architecture to manufacturing files. For companies that need to speed up a project, replace an obsolete board or have no in-house design team. From our lab in Brescia, Italy, with prototypes assembled and tested in-house.
Proposal in 48 hoursWhat we do
Architecture and component selection
Block diagram, choice of microcontroller, power supplies and key components, checking availability, lifecycle and alternatives across distributors.
Schematic design
Analog, digital, power and interfaces. Simulation of critical circuits and review before layout.
Multilayer layout
Boards up to 12 layers, HDI and microvias, rigid-flex, impedance control and design rules agreed with the PCB fab.
Design for EMC, manufacturing and test
Stackup, ground planes, filtering and protection designed for EMC testing; footprints, panelisation and test points designed for the assembler and for production test.
Redesign and obsolescence
Replacing end-of-life parts, redesigning existing boards for long-lifecycle products, reducing BOM cost.
Prototypes and bring-up
We assemble prototypes in-house, power them up and check power rails, signals and interfaces in our lab.
Capabilities
- Boards up to 12 layers, HDI, rigid-flex
- Switching and linear power supplies, power electronics, motor control
- Industrial interfaces: CAN, RS-485, Modbus, Ethernet, USB
- Board-level security: protected debug, secure element, memory for secure updates
- Radio: BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, UWB, GNSS
- Analog and measurement front-ends
- Design for harsh environments: vibration, extreme temperatures, conformal coating, long-life components
- Design to IPC-2221, assembly to IPC-A-610

- RS-485
What you get
- ECAD source project (schematic and layout)

Lead times
A new project starts with a feasibility study, delivered in 72 hours, which becomes the requirements specification; for complex projects the duration of the study is written in the proposal. If the specification already exists, we skip the study and the proposal covers the project itself, with delivery dates.
- technical answer from an engineer
- 24 hours
- proposal for the feasibility study
- 48 hours
- board design
- 2 weeks
- working, tested prototype
- 4 weeks
Typical lead times from the order, with an approved requirements specification, standard complexity (up to 6 layers) and parts in stock. For more complex projects the dates are written in the proposal.
Electronics projects

A rugged interface that updates in the field and never bricks
A portable, battery-powered unit that powers and controls two remote devices over isolated channels. The hard part was making it reliable far from any lab. Its firmware updates in the field and, if something goes wrong, rolls back on its own to the last working version.

The test method would not have worked. We found out before building it
A bench that tells in seconds whether an electric-field sensor works, measuring capacitances of a few picofarads in air. The method planned at the start was ruled out with measurements, before any money went into hardware.

Indoor localization in shopping centres, without collecting personal data
Counting and following people flows in large public spaces, and locating with centimetre precision only what needs it. A three-layer architecture, each layer with the right radio technology.

How much does it cost to design an electronic board?
It depends on complexity, layer count, radio and power. Within 48 hours we send you a proposal: for a new project it covers the feasibility study, which sets architecture, risks and specification; if the specification already exists, it covers the project itself, with costs and delivery dates in writing.
Can you start from an existing schematic or board?
Yes. We take over existing designs, fix them, update them or replace obsolete parts.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, even before we see your files.
Do you handle series production?
We prepare everything for the assembler (files, test, documentation) and support the transfer to production with EMS partners.
Got a deadline?
Tell us about your project: within 48 hours you get a proposal with phases and dates. If needed, we sign an NDA before seeing your files.
