How does a new project start?
With a feasibility study: architecture, risks, key parts and an estimate of costs and timing. You get the proposal for the study within 48 hours and the study in 72 hours; for complex projects the duration is written in the proposal. The result becomes the requirements specification, on which the order is placed with written delivery dates.
What if the project is urgent?
Tell us straight away. If the specification already exists, we skip the feasibility study: within 48 hours you get the proposal with dates and we run phases in parallel to hit the date you need.
What if the date is at risk?
The date in the proposal is a contractual commitment and the work is planned to meet it. If an external factor puts it at risk, such as parts that cannot be sourced, we tell you as soon as we see it, with the reason and the recovery plan.
What if the requirements change along the way?
We assess the impact of the change and give you the cost and the new date in writing before going ahead. You decide whether and when to apply it.
Do you work with companies outside Italy?
Yes. You get a progress update every week and the project files at each milestone; when needed, we come to you.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We sign an NDA before seeing your files. Case studies on this site are anonymised.
